Park Seo Joon & IU’s “Dream” To Resume Filming In March

The upcoming football-themed movie titled “Dream” stars actors Park Seo Joon and IU in the lead roles. Directed by Lee Byeong Heon of “Extreme Job” fame, the film is slated for release later this year. There have been several delays in the production and filming of the project so far, so this is good news for fans of both who have been eagerly awaiting updates.

According to recent reports, “Dream” will resume filming in March when the cast and crew are expected to leave South Korea and travel overseas. Filming in their home country began in May 2020 and would have wrapped in November 2020. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the actors’ schedule differences, in July 2021 it was revealed that filming had been postponed.

“Dream” is the story of a football player named Yoon Hong Dae (Park Seo Joon), who, after an incident, is given a suspended sentence, having to coach people who know nothing about football. The team entrusted to him is made up of homeless people who will participate in the Homeless World Cup. Lee So Min (IU) is a producer director who will be in charge of making a documentary about Yoon Hong Dae’s team. Kang Ha Neul will be making a free appearance in the film.

Fans have been raving about the film since the main cast was announced, hoping they’ll get to see this new couple on screen soon!
