FAIRFAX, Va. — The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) has announced the recipients of its inaugural NPMA Impact Awards for Women in Pest Management. The Impact Awards honor and celebrate outstanding women at all levels of the pest control industry, in any role, including management, technical/service personnel, sales or office staff. Recipients will be honored at the NPMA Women’s Forum, May 3-5, in Nashville, Tennessee.

Women working in any function in a pest control company were eligible. This includes technical/service staff, sales, management or clerical staff and applications were open to individuals from both NPMA member companies, as well as non-members. The NPMA encouraged applications from anyone with a professional relationship to a potential candidate, as well as applications from individuals who have received national, local or other industry-specific recognition. Each application was reviewed on the merits of the information included in the submissions.
