The Testimonial That Made My Day

Author: I checked my email this morning, like I do everyday, and a new customer of mine took the time to send me
an endorsement in video, and I was blown away. I didn’t ask for it, he had nothing to gain from it, yet he took time
out of his busy schedule and did this for me. I was flattered, but more importantly, it confirms to me that if I focus on helping people and do the right thing, and take action everyday doing things out of my comfort zone, more than not, things work out. So I decided to share it with you, because I want your customers and clients knowing, liking and trusting you to go bat for you like my new friend, Michael did for me. This would have never happened if it were not for my passion of family, music, and online video. Watch the video and tell me what you think.

I rarely comment but I especially liked two things about this testimonial. First, a guy was being recognized for producing a product of value that works. Second the user of the product took the time to say that it worked for him and that the guy who produced it “did good”. In this day and age neigher is easy to come by.
Fantastic! And correct. Mike, you have do with video and audio training what we do with poker – chunk it down into easily digestible tidbits. I love your programs and am in the process of getting my first video up on my blog. This video reminded me that what I have is likely good enough. It is about taking action.
What I am surprised about is that your programs are so affordable. Thank you!

Nice endorsement. This guy either needs to get contacts or otherwise get comfortable without his glasses. They distract terribly from his message, methinks.

I don’t totally agree. He is successful, real and maybe not as good looking as Tom Brokaw was. Hey look at me, I got a face for radio.
It was the honesty and the fact that he was obviously excited that what I did solved a 5 year problem for him and he
took the time to use video to tell me about it. I don’t care how thick his glasses were, in fact if it was slick and perfect, would you have believed
me it was real story, which it was. It was perfect for what I want for you.
Customers who love you so much they aren’t afraid to say it warts and all.
That was the message I got, methinks.. and it happened because of a cheap camera and $99 video editing program. I love the dialogue, keep it up!

Mike, I really like this video because it is from the heart. This guy pours it out, just the way he feels it. He’s authentic and genuine, and I believe he relates to all of us that have had some previous frustrations with video. Your system and training make mere novices like me, able to do what seemed to be very time consuming and impossible, doable with a lot less stress. My congratulations to both you and Michael on his successful launch into the video world!

He said it beautifully and cited a problem that many can relate to, solved by the InternetVideoGuy.

Mike, I know from experience that your content, teaching and products are top-notch! I have learned everything I know about using audio and video from you and I also highly recommend you simply because you take the seemingly difficult and break it down into easy to follow, doable steps with your tutorials. Thank you for your praise, but this was not about me. This was about all of you!
I hope this did not come across as ego for me. What I wanted to prove to you and everyone on this
post was:
1. In this world of so many liars, cheaters, thieves and scammers, you must treat your customers right causing them to know, like and trust you so much, they would go the extra mile for you because you go the extra mile for them.
2. I was humbled by this gentleman that he took time out of his busy schedule to use my training, and my passion to send me incredible social proof of what I believe really works. He bought the training on Wed, and sent that on Thu. Amazing what happens when we all take action, do not procrastinate, and just give with no expectations.
3. I hear so many people who complain, whine, and blame that I wonder sometimes, am I just beating my head against the wall for nothing, when that video came in complete without any prompting me (I always had to ask for testimonials, and never had problems getting them), I felt you guys needed see the proof of what happens when you do the right thing, take care of your customers, and that a total stranger can feel compelled to praise you in video, was proof to me it works for me, and it will work for you.
4. I hoped that those who don’t believe talking head video is not important on the internet unless you can do slick production, spend alot of money, and you look like Brad Pitt. Everybody has a message and should overcome the fear of getting in front of camera. I remember when I wouldn’t do it, and I was blown away this guy did such a fine video in such a short time.
It was about all of you, not me.
But I am humbled, grateful, and thankful for all of your praise. I am here to serve those I can help, and when you do, you deserve to prosper.

Hello Mike & Jim! I have been a little slow to leave comments on the internet and I realize that I really should contribute back to two people that have provided so much education for me. You guys are absolutely right when you say that you make the seemingly complicated actually quite simple and do-able.
