I just love the guitar. Mesmerizing. I like the mirror effect on piano above the keys, and to figure out how you did all the camera angles, and I FINALLY figured out how to get the zoom on a picture in Vegas Movie Studio!
The pancakes got a burnt smell in the kitchen, so I shared your video in the studio room for breakfast. I have realized you do this each year, and actually look forward to your playing each year now.
You’ve gone way out in adding all these video, audio, and sheet music links, and offers. Seems like so much to prepare for, yet is what makes it all worthwhile.
The video enlarged, looked horrible with face stretched, on my standard monitor, so had to watch it small. Don’t know how to set it where I can see a normal picture even if there are bars at top and bottom. Users complain about black bars on recorded standard video on sides of watching widescreen screens, yet now is the same for top and bottom of widescreen video on standard screens. Wish I knew of a web feature to adjust this recording for any viewing screen.
Also, I like your pastel backdrop with snow falling, and am still trying to figure out how you made the ornaments move slightly.
And adding the years before was really great to show others. Now I don’t have to save each URL in a folder… but still do. Thank you for doing this.

Reading on your other year’s blog, you added instrument sounds with your synthesizer…
Do you sell software that does this sort of thing, not the actual instrument, but a digitized software version that sounds the same?
Anyway, you have a real talent with the audio world. I am still trying to figure out how to get my microphone sensitivity level to be greater, so it will record a louder, decent sound.

Mike, Thank you so much for your Christmas video!! It helped me get through a difficult day. You see, my father would have been 77 today. He and his twin sister were born on Christmas Eve. This is my second Christmas without him; he died October 30, 2008.
I enjoyed going back to view your other Christmas videos. I noticed that this is your second Christmas without your mother. I know how you must feel. It is hard, but fond memories are so wonderful to reflect upon.
